Marla Sisneros, the front desk receptionist, is known for her dedication to providing excellent patient care. Holding a BA in medical administration, Marla has always been passionate about helping people improve their lives in a positive way. Her love for being with family and friends extends to her interactions with patients, where she enjoys getting to know them on a first-name basis. Marla eagerly looks forward to collaborating with her colleagues and the doctor to ensure outstanding healthcare experiences. Her guiding motto is to treat people the way she wants to be treated.

Adrianne, a dedicated technician, is a mother of three and a proud grandmother of two. Her favorite pastime is spending quality moments with her family during her leisure time, particularly in the summer. Adrianne finds joy in activities like fishing, camping, 4-wheeling, barbecuing, enjoying football, and exploring new places through travel.

With a rich 17-year career in the medical field, beginning in 2007, Adrianne initially served as a Certified Nurse Assistant for 12 years. In 2018, she transitioned to working with Doctor Tibbitts as an Ophthalmic Technician, acquiring her training on the job. Under the mentorship of Doctor Tibbitts, Adrianne has gained invaluable skills, and her knowledge continues to expand. Every day, she eagerly anticipates assisting patients in achieving better vision and managing eye diseases. Adrianne's passion for eye care flourishes with each success story from her patients.

Jessica, a native of Alamosa, was raised as the youngest among seven sisters. Now married with two boys, she pursued massage therapy at TSJC, practicing for 12 years in Pagosa Springs.

With a lifelong interest in anatomy and a passion for helping people, Jessica finds joy in nature, music, dancing, and prioritizes her family above all. Her journey from glasses to contacts and ultimately Lasik inspired her to share positive patient experiences.

Venturing into the eye world, Jessica has embraced every lesson, aspiring to provide others with a fantastic experience.

Meet Emery, our fun and spunky team member. She is a wife, an avid nap-taker, and Dr. Pepper’s #1 fan. She loves everything purple and the mountains.
