Optician/Eyewear Specialist Opportunity

What We're Looking For:

• Educate patients on the latest eyewear technologies and innovations, guiding them to the best options for their visual needs.

• Take precise measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with impeccable accuracy, ensuring optimal comfort and visual performance.

• Assist in managing our inventory of frames, cases, and accessories, ensuring we offer a diverse and up-to-date selection to our patients.

• Address patient concerns with the fit and performance of their eyewear, troubleshooting issues to ensure patient satisfaction.

• Analyze patient vision benefits coverage to calculate costs and discuss payment options with patients.

• Meet with frame manufacturers' representatives to select new inventory that meets our quality standards and patient needs.

• Maintain attractive merchandise displays to showcase our eyewear collection effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent critical thinking abilities.

• Friendly and outgoing personality with a focus on customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of related work experience preferred.

• ABO Certification is a plus.

Compensation:

• Full-Time Position

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
