Educate patients on the latest eyewear technologies and innovations, guiding them to the best options for their visual needs.
Take precise measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with impeccable accuracy, ensuring optimal comfort and visual performance.
Assist in managing our inventory of frames, cases, and accessories, ensuring we offer a diverse and up-to-date selection to our patients.
Address patient concerns with the fit and performance of their eyewear, troubleshooting issues to ensure patient satisfaction.
Analyze patient vision benefits coverage to calculate costs and discuss payment options with patients.
Meet with frame manufacturers' representatives to select new inventory that meets our quality standards and patient needs.
Maintain attractive merchandise displays to showcase our eyewear collection effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent critical thinking abilities.
Friendly and outgoing personality with a focus on customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 or more years of related work experience preferred.
ABO Certification is a plus.
